And you can even combine that query with others. So, if you wanted to find out all unread emails from LinkedIn, you’d type this in the search bar ” is:unread from:linkedin” (minus the quote marks of course)

You can also just show only unread messages in Gmail by typing “is:unread” into the search bar.

There is also an app called The Chester Guide, more for tourists really but has some useful info
